Halloween is here!

By Halloween I mean the entire month of October. And by here I mean almost.

Anyone have Halloween for October? Costumes? Haunted houses? Harvest festivals? Pumpkin carving?

I'll be wearing 4 costumes this year

Going to Disneyland dressed as Minnie mouse, comic con dressed as Esmeralda, lantern fest dressed as Rapunzel, and Halloween dressed as Red Guy from dhmis. Oh, plus costumes for some of the videos I make for my month of Halloween videos in October

I'm going to be a penguin, or a zombie hunter dressed as a penguin. I have costumes, but whether I'm going to be around my niece will determine what I'll be. I usually go waddling around downtown, in either case, when I'm not at a shindig with family. They don't "do" Halloween (it's the Devil's day, don'cha know), but they'll tolerate me as a penguin if they decide to get together for dinner or something.

When my Dad was alive we would sit at the top of our drive way and and give out candy. This was back when we had a lot of kids in the neighborhood. We'd give out candy and grape soda and he called it "goat's blood" Lol and Had the cooler all decorated up. It was a major hit, the kids loved it and asked for it every year. It got to the other local neighborhoods about it and they would come too, lol.

Now I just mainly buy a couple of candy bars and call it an evening. I don't like scary movies or anything like that. So Halloween is just another day for me now.

Well since we are off to Tenerife for Christmas I thought I would do the house up for Halloween and also get packs to give out to kids about Christ

I'll be in our town's Halloween parade, representing our grocery store. My supervisor said all we had to do was dress up in costume (no particular theme), but to keep with the whole grocery store thing, I'm gonna dress up as some sort of food item. I haven't decided what that might be, though....
I'll also be going to the PA Ren Faire, so I'll be dressing up for that too. Got my Link costume all ready to go. <3

I'm not going to do much for Halloween, as usual. I don't like scary things so I don't get too into it. But I will decorate the house for it soon, draw some things for it, and decorate a pumpkin.

Decided to do a 5th costume for the office Halloween party this year- I'm going to be our mascot and boyfriend is going to be our CEO

I've never celebrated Halloween or dressed up before. Halloween is pretty much just another day for me, although since everyone and their brother around me celebrates it I've grown to appreciate it more I guess. I love this time of year and enjoy the festivities surrounding it, so I do look forward to all that.

Only thing that's got me excited for October is Walking Dead and Stranger Things are back this month. I mean... it's been like 84 years. I'm so ready. Lol
