  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello I am Epiphany :wave:

Let's see: I became a Christian on 26 February 2003 in a Christian chat room. I was Pagan of the Ancient Egyptian tradition and, out of curiosity, visited the room. The people there were nice; they explained their religion to me. They didn't judge me or anything; they just ask me about what I believe and why. I learned that I had some wrong ideas about what Christianity is about.

I've been searching for the Eternal for nearly 25 years. I've been in different religions trying to find answers and wanting to be God's friend.

I am Greek Orthodox. Zoe and Luci are my two cats. I love computers and playing games. I spend a lot of time online; I use my computer to communicate with people. Reading and writing are some of the things I like to do. Studying foreign languages and radio is fun for me as well

I am disabled with Bipolar II and DID. My faith helps me to deal with these challenges.

I hope to continue to learn about Lord Jesus and people. I also like a good laugh now and then.
