I'm lost inside
And don't know what to do.
I should feel better than this
'Cause I've been born anew.
But ever since then
I've felt much more troubled
As if all of a sudden
My burden's been doubled.
All of these sins
I cannot escape,
There when I sleep
And there when I wake.
But now I realize
My faith must be shown
And hope that the world
Will see how I've grown.
Although the one I love most
In this world doesn't know,
Some day very soon
I must let it show.
But a love does exist
Even greater than it
Which comes from above
Even though we're not fit.

With all of my heart,
God's love for us all
Will never depart.
He loves every being
That exists on this earth
Waiting in hopes
Of their spiritual rebirth.
Try as I might
I can't beat my sin,
But with God at my back
I know I can win.
