  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello.

I'm new here. My goodness this is a huge forum. I'm a little overwhelmed with how much there is to see and do here. Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I will enjoy posting here. I know it will take a while for you to get to know me, but I'm sure before long you will realize that I am just like you, one of His children, and I am so grateful for His mercy and grace.

Oh, and one more thing....if it is not too much to ask, please bless me. :) Thank you and looking forward to speaking with all of you on the threads!

Oh, I know I'm going to like it here. This place is awesome! I am definitely pursuing hoppiness too! Thank you very much!! Many blessings to you as well, I sure appreciate those wonderful words of kindness. This place is like a little slice of Heaven. I thank the good Lord for one of His wonderful children who led me here to this site. It seems this is what Heaven will be like when we get there, everyone is so warm and friendly. Thank you.
