Hello! My name is George. I'm in my mid-50s and have been in the Media Industry for over 37 years. I spent most of it in Broadcasting and have been in Print the past 16 years. I am currently (since 2004) the owner/publisher of a small town community weekly newspaper. Since January 2014 I have added freelance writing to my list of duties.

I am married, my wife Brenda and I have known each other for years and have been together for 16 years. We are both involved in our church. She assists with the audio/visual chores as well as some light office bookkeeping where I am a member of our church board, have sat as a Deacon, manage the church website and assist with weekly church announcements.
