CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't. Mostly when people hear messages like what Johnny Mac preached, he's just exposing all the lies, and the perpetrators don't like that, so they say things like "leave judgement to God".

I don't think of it as "anti-Catholic", but getting back to the truth of Scripture, which is what the Reformers like Martin Luther and John Calvin fought for. I hope to share a pint or two with them in Glory one day.

It may seem like "anti-Roman Catholic" but there is a difference between Protestants and RC's. If the RC's create a polemic is it "anti-Protestant?" I don't think so.

Suppose you stick to what you think God requires of you. and leave Catholics to worry about what they believe God requires of them.
So would you have Catholics violate their own conscience, just so they can get a thumbs up from you? As if you were God.

Protestants believe in proclaiming the Gospel to all. Those who deviate from the Gospel as revealed in the Bible have no Gospel at all.
Are you attempting to "violate" our conscience by telling us not to practice our faith in a way we believe is required by God? That, even if it is against our conscience, we should just leave the Roman Catholic Church alone, without criticism?
The advice is self-defeating and contradictory.

Doubtless your counterparts in the Catholic Church would say hear hear to that, and then point the finger at you as the culprit. God is the only judge as to who is right, and, as a firm believer in original sin, you ought to have severe doubts about whether anybody is.
