  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi Brethren, join me in praising God for delivering me from someone who claimed to be a Pastor but in reality it was like dealing with satan. I helped him out with accommodation but got more than i bargained for, his only intention was to scam me, steal and do much worse if he could, much more he was diabolical. Praise God who raised a standard against this enemy and defeated him for me.

Yes, there are many religious type people who do NOT know the Lord Jesus as their Savior and Lord of their life (and best Friend); yet enjoy a religion of works and ways. I always refer earnest seekers to John 3; John 14; Romans 8; etc. to hear God speaking to them. I can only pray they will be a seeker for such truth and not just looking for the comfort of a religious philosophy.
