Hey
Has anyone here ever ordered anything from grassrootsmusic.com? I ordered 5 CDs from them in January and still have not received them!!
I have sent them numerous e-mails, they've replied to a couple explaining how there will be delays as they are moving warehouses etc, but surely waiting 5 months is a little excessive?!
I've e-mailed them again recently and they've not replied. I don't suppose anyone can suggest what I should do? Because they have my money and I haven't received anything at all!

I heard somewhere that they were changing ownership/management, as well as how they run the business.

Give em a little time, keep your order confermation number in the email recipt handy. I ordered alot of stuff from them a year ago and I never had any issues with them. Hang tight.

A bunch of people from another forum that I'm a member of are/were experiencing the same problem as you. I do believe, though, that most (or all) of them have received their purchases.
