CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's an awesome movie!
Kitty - it's about a young boy who goes to live with his 2 uncles, who are basically loaded.
They end up teaching him an incredible amount in very um...untraditional ways. I don't want to say too much, or I'll ruin it for you. It's very good though! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Now, I was a little leary about getting it at first, when it first came to our video store. You know, I watch cartoons with my daughter, and sometime I just like to watch a movie that is more....mature, I guess. But, my husband and I agreed to get it so we could all sit down and watch a movie together without having to dive for the 'stop' button and covering our daughter's eyes. I was very pleasantly surprised. The movie was entertaining for my husband and I, and our daughter enjoyed all of the action and fantasy of the stories, not to mention the lion. In a time when it's hard to find family movies that really appeal to families, I thought this movie was pretty great.
