Got Home Through the Storm

Where I live today there was sudden, white-out blizzard around 5 p.m. I had just merged onto the interstate when I realized I couldn't see the road or the cars around me. I started to panic - I didn't know how I was going to make my ten-mile drive home.

Then Jesus calmed me - I just knew He was with me. I started to sing "Bless the Lord" and every bit of anxiety left me.

There were parts of my drive where I only knew where to go because the car in front had their hazard lights on. Yet I got home. I had total peace on the way and once home. I am still in awe of His protection - that He cares so much!

Praise the Lord for His protection of you and others around you.

I guess in your area snow days are unheard of given you get a lot.

I think Jesus for His patience in showing me His Love and in doing His work in me. It took several years, and there is still a long way to go. The best part is how He intimately loves us all - and takes the time to show us that, no matter how many times it takes us to get it!
