Got any real pets?

Just wondering - How many of you here have real pets of any sort? (No meaning the CF pets you can get here)

I have had a dachshound and two cats, but am pet-less for the time being. I miss having them around, there is something very appealing to the unconditional love you can get from a pet!

I have a 2 year old Chocolate Lab named Patriot, and a new rat terrier puppy named Wrigley (as in field.) They are quiet the odd couple. They hate to get along, but do it often.


We also have a Kitty in the mix. Her name was Scully before my family just started calling her Kitty, and that's what she is known as now.

When my father was in major surgery this summer, they had fish to look at in the waiting room. I really just longed to have a puppy to hold and pet. That would have comforted me so much. It's hard to think these wonderful creatures made by God may not be in heaven one day with us.

I had 2 dogs, black lab and a mutt, but I had to get rid of them recently when I moved...I still miss them

^ I know what you mean. I had to give away my black lab/golden retriever when I moved.

Right now, I have a black dachshund/beagle and a 23-year-old (human years) cat. The younger cat died of leukemia earlier this year.

Right now I have two cats, a dog, and some fish, I used to have a gerbil and before that some baby rabbits that we only had for a bit because we saved them from a lwn mower and were waiting to see their mommy... and I had a brown cocker spaniel, but she dies my dog is a black cocker. Before My sister and I moved back in with my parents we had three cats and a turtle. Now we hve five cats, a dog, and a turtle. It is really hard to walk around with five cats.

yep, i have a few animals....let me see, 4 cats, and a parrot with a huge attitude..i had to put him on a time out this morning ....his name is chomper, and he loves ozzy....that is another story, he can sing crazy train word for word.....

i have a cat who is nearly 1 year old she follows me everywhere she stops at the road and waits till i come back from the shops then runs upto greet me she is beautiful. She touchs my face with her paw to wake me up in the morning to feed her i get up feed her go back to bed and instead of eating she follows me back to bed and just needs to know there is food for her when she wants it clever aye. Her birthday is next week on the 20th oct.

A six year old Aussie named Mel (Gibson) and a Hamster named Elvis (Presley).
We had a very friendly lop eared rabbit named Little Bunny FooFoo who passed away. We keep his ashes on the fireplace mantle.

I have a 9month old Golden Retreiver puppy named Chase. A gray and white 7year old cat, Lacey. And a hamster , Marshmellow (no I did not spell it wrong)......and if you could, can someone please explain how I could put up a picture of my dog? Thanks
