  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

(1)is asmr a sin like listening to it
(2)how do i honor god while gaming
1) It depends on how it affects you. Does it bring you closer to God, lead you away or is it neutral? Is it addictive (psychologically that is)?
2) Gaming is ok. I play an online game myself. A few things to keep in mind:
You are dealing with wordly people. Don't get caught up in their worldly ways
Gaming can be a great waste of time. Don't let it take over your life
Stop playing from time to time and thank God for something that He's done for you. In other words, stay in touch with what is most important to you.
Know when to quit playing. Don't stay up all hours of the night.
Avoid games that are in any way dubious - sex, graphic violence, magic, witchcraft and such are commonplace. Even seemingly innocent games can have an occult overtone.
