good secular band that dosent cuss

Does anyone know of a good secular band that dosent cuss or talk about sex. ( parents i can only buy cds if they aprove of them). anyone know of any good bands.

Is there something wrong with talking about (or mentioning the word) sex in music? Is it somehow a relevant and important topic when you're talking in real life, but then, when it shifts to music, you shouldn't listen to it because it's bad?

Anyhow, if you like synthpop (what the masses know as techno), try kraftwerk. (They're one of the few "secular" bands I listen to that accompany lyrics to their songs).

Also check out tiesto, autechre, and squarepusher in the realm of electronica. All three are largely instrumental.

These artists are generally clean (I can't recall anything offensive I've heard, maybe a word here or there, but nothing too bad). If I was going to suggest more of the harder bands, I'd probably have to specify a certain album, though.

Linkin Park is generally clean. And they are good.

Also, don't count the Christian bands out: P.O.D., Blindside, Project 86, Living Sacrifice. Good Christian music that is not for sissies.

the living end... they've only sworn in one studio song... i can't give you what i haven't got. but yeah, their first album is awesome. linkin park's meteora and hybrid theory don't have any swearing in them... static-x's shadow zone doesn't have any swearing that i know of...

what kind of music do you like? it's all well saying you want music with no swearing, but what kind of music? it'd help in suggesting bands for you...

Blur - The only band that actually matters.

On their latest CD they cuss on one song....but I have heard almost no cussing on CD's before that

Weezer - I have only heard them cuss a couple of times. One GD reference on their Pinkerton album.

I'm a big fan of Three Doors Down. Mild cussing in both CDs I have, one word in one song on each CD.

Tourniquet--they're Christian but on a secular label now (I think).

Seven Mary Three might not have any cussing, I don't know. I don't actually own anything of theirs (I just have one mp3 I got off Amazon.com).

Rammstein only curses in like 3 or 4 songs, but it's in German, so you can't understand it. And they are AWESOME.
