God said "AND"!

God gave me a powerful message and revelation, and that just messed me up the other day and i cant stop preaching it to myself.

zecheriah 3.2-4

and the Lord said unto Satan...is not this a brand brand plucked out of the fire? now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood beforet the angel. and he answered...Behold i have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and i will clothe thee with a change of raiment.

one thing we dont understand is that God intends to do more for us than just save our souls. the bible says that you can be a brand plucked from the fire, geniunely saved from hell, but still have filthy garments, still be bound up, still be in bondadge, still be addicted, still be beat up, still be torn by the issues of life, still struggle with depression and anxiety, still not see your children saved, you can be fully saved and washed in the blood, and STILL, HAVE FILTHY GARMENTS!

but praise God, God did not stop there, God said AND...GOD SAID AND!
God did not just save his soul, God did not just wash him in the blood and promise him a seat in heaven, he did not just take away his iniquity, God SAID AND! MAN PRAISE GOD FOR THE AND! DOES ANYONE BESIDE ME KNOW HOW TO PRAISE GOD BECUASE GOD SAID AND! i used to be messed up in pornography and bondadge to all kinds of sick messed up stuff, i used to couldnt pay my bills! i used to couldnt talk to my father without fighting, i use to hate those brothers at church! i used to have socail problems! but GOD SAID AND! HE DID NOT COME AND SAVE ME BUT LEAVE ME LIKE HE FOUND ME!

someone today needs to hear that God wants to change your clothes, he wants to give you a change of raiment, he wants to fix your depression, he wants to get you out of debt, he wants to solve those problems in your house, he wants to solve those problems on your job, he wants to solve those medical issues in your body!GODS GOT YOUR AND!

MAN THIS FIRES ME UP! YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR "AND" IS, AND GOD SAYS HES GOT YOUR AND TODAY! TODAY, TODAY IS A PERFECT DAY FOR A MIRACLE!
PRAISE GOD! God did not leave me like he found me, AND GOD WILL NOT JUST SAVE YOU AND LEAVE YOU LIKE HE FOUND YOU! GOD SAYS YOUR BLESSED, HE SAYS HELL ANOINT YOUR HEAD WITH OIL, HE SAYS HE PREPARE A TABLE BEFORE YOU IN THE PRESENCE OF YOUR ENEMIES!
God says hes gonna get down into the real, dirty, sticky, complicated, real life issues in your life BECUASE GODS GOT AN AND! GOOOOD SAYS HES GOT AN AND FOR YOU!

D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones was known to preach entire sermons on the word "but" -

"For one will scarcely die for a righteous person - though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die - but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:7-8)

the thing is, its not about certain styles or certain techniques of preaching, its about you being passionate about whatever the Lord put in your heart and be lead by the spirit of God, if he leads you preach on the word "but" or the word "and" then you do that, if he leads you to do something else... you do that.

i once had a man of God telling me about someone he heard say something.
he said he heard a man say "i learned how to preach a long time ago..."
and my friend said that he knew within himself that that wasnt good becuase he realised that the other man was now just doing what he knew how to do, and wasnt being led by the Lord anymore.

we must never get up in the pulpit and do what we know how to do, we ALWAYS, ALWAYS MUST BE LED BY THE SPIRIT IN ALL THAT WE DO OR SAY.
we cant learn how to save souls, its not something you learn how to do.
its only something you do by being led by God. we will never learn how to preach holyghost sermons, you can only be led by God to do so from time to time, no matter how often or not often.
i prefer to be close to God so that it is often.
but the intellect of man is no good, it cant save anyone.
