Ever heard this one?
First time I heard it was the day after President Clinton was elected the first time. My boss (an ardent republican Mennonite) quoted it to me as soon as he saw me.
Then as I was passing through Gettysburg the other day I saw it as a sign on a local Christian bookstore there.
So what's implied here? Sounds like a sour grapes deal--my choice (which means "God's choice") didn't win but God is always the winner since He is "in control".
The statement is cool-it's just the context of it--just seems to pop up after elections--bothers me some.
