I just wanted to give praise and thanks to the Lord, God almighty for he has never forsaken me. I just move to a different state recently for the first time in my life. Since my husband is in the navy we got transfer here so I'm far from my church, family and friends and it was a drastic change for me. But two weeks ago we started going to a church which is a wonderful church and the people right away mede us feel like home, invite us out to eat and call me all the time so I wanted to give thanks to God for putting us in their heart and since when you are all alone and a state that you don't know enydody can be a little scary.

Thank the Lord for Christians!

This brought tears to my eyes. It's such a blessing to have churches who receive new people with love and care... who reach their hands out and follow up... they really go the extra mile (like the calls and dinner invites) to process you into the church and make you feel at home.

I really thank God for them... and pray for that church to be blessed for being a blessing to you! Glad that you had a great experience, Maria!
