Not to harp on the truck but I just don't know what's gonna happen. My meds aren't really working can't get to the PD. Have no money. I need a miracle. Live out in the country and need transportation. No friends can help. No family can really do much. I really need God. Just feel better sharing this please bear with me and please pray. Can't go anywhere for meds cause they t not accepting new patients. Would b a little better if meds I have were working better. I'm not doing good right now. God and prayer and a miracle seem my only hope God bless u all. Gods rich blessings on all who pray for me

Your going to have to deal with this. Your going to need to meditate on God's word to nice Christian music is best. Breath 15 sec in 15 sec out do that for 15 mins that will slow your heart and anxiety and clear your mind. You need to study your self find out what you like to do, music can often change your mood pretty fast, also a good movie or book can be great break. Being in nature can help, pray always, read God's word. God has giving you strength in Him, now stand up and start fighting back with this. Lean on God. You can do this.
