When we are faithful to trust in Jesus, the Lord shall give us the strength we need to overcome our sufferings, which we believe are fearful and difficult to bear. Though we may be overwhelmed by the difficulties that beset us, we should not forget that Jesus does care about our problems. Moreover, He has promised to provide a way for us to overcome them and also to endure them. And while we live in the world we shall face many difficulties throughout our lives, however we are assured that we shall not be alone in our suffering for the Lord is with us.
What great love Jesus has for us that He has died for our sins so that we might live forever with Him, being free of the curse of death and hell. We have accepted the gift of our eternal salvation by faith, yet we have the evidence of that salvation through the Holy Spirit residing in us and by the Word of God, which is written, in our hearts.
We are informed through Scripture that Jesus has provided for our lives on this Earth therefore He will continue to comfort and guide us even as we learn to rely upon Him. And when we seek His presence in our daily endeavors, we shall come to know more of His nature and His purpose in us. Yet some being fearful may call upon Him only during their difficulties and receive less than God desires for them. However it is better for us to trust Jesus in everything we do, and then the problems we have feared will come to have less power over us. Should we not strive always for the fullness of Christ in us for therein do we benefit ourselves more as well as the Body of Christ?
