Isaiah 54:14-17(KJV)
14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
★★here we see that there will be people that will come against us. But God has our back★★
16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
★★God is reminding us who he is. The Almighty Creator. He goes as far as to tell us he even created satan ( waster or destroyer ). Why is he reminding us? Because God has satan in check. He created the devil and best believe he can control him when we live righteously. Living in sin gives satan access. But when we live for the Lord, the devil is on check. God has our back. There's no need to worry about him ★★
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
★★Here we see that there will be weapons formed against us. People will lie about us, slander us, curse us, chant in rituals against us, put us down, ect. But God has our back. The weapon may be an illness, a struggle with family, various difficult circumstances, ECT. But the weapon will not prosper and every spoken word against us will be shut down. God will handle them★★
Who is this for? The servants of the Lord. That's who.
Anyone can become a servant of God. All you do is believe who he is. You must believe Jesus Christ died on the cross, he was buried, and rose on the third day for ALL our sins. Repent ( ask for forgiveness for your sins ), and ask the Lord to be our Lord and Savior. That's all it takes.
SINNERS.... Is who Jesus came for. All of us. So how do we expect him to help? By coming all jacked up. The good Lord will fix you right up. Your burdens, illnesses, addictions, and shame. He removes it, so shut down the need to feel like you need to come all nice and clean. Jesus cleans you up. Once you are born again he says you as a new creation. And now you are a child of God. There is a road up ahead but God your Father will guide you and mold your heart, freeing your from your addictions and chains. He doesn't need your help. He only needs you to surrender and say "help me. Change what you see needs changed". Be willing.
We will always make mistakes. It is a battle and we get knocked down. But there is no condemnation for those in Christ. ( Romans 8:1 )
