With not having any idea of the verdict from the hearing regarding my husband's social security claim and how long it would take, we decided to cash out some of our gold to pay bills. Apparently, we accidently cashed the check a day too soon since the gold dealer folks didn't get their money transferred to the account until a day later then they said they would. The check they wrote us bounced and I had already made a payment on my credit card bill, so we were overdrawn. I started wondering if we had made the wrong decision. Well, I went in and asked what happened. They promised to get the cash in our bank account right way. Finally around 3:30 in the afternoon, the wire went through and posted to our account. We are in the clear. Praise God!
