Actually, to be saved, you must believe in the sacrifice of Jesus(God-in-the-Flesh), and if you believe in that then you obviously believe in God. Remember John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. " So you must believe that Jesus died for you and that He can/has forgiven you of your sin. For the other part of your post, the doubt part, that depends on what view you believe in; the Arminian view or the Once Saved Always Saved view. In the OSAS, if you fall away and disbelieve later on in your life; you either never _really_ believed, or you are still saved. In the Arminian view, if you fall away, or backslide, then you must believe in God/the sacrifice/His power & ability to forgive you of your sins, sometime before you die, and repent of your disbelief; if you don't believe again though, atleast from the Arminian viewpoint, you will be eternally seperated from God after you die. So you may have some doubts sometime, but you should really believe that God came done and died for you and that he has forgiven you of your sins, at the very least, you must believe this before you die. I don't really see how you can not believe in God, just look at the age and validity of the Bible, the beauty in the world, the size/beauty/non-randomness of the universe, how much smarter/different humans are compared to animals. Also, their is _much_ reason to believe in Jesus being God in the flesh and dying for humanity; for one, it's a fact that Jesus walked the earth, look at the prophecies in the OT concerning Jesus' coming. If he wasn't God; why would all of His followers not just lie about worshiping Him, and why would they not just deny the resurrection; that way they would not have had to be be-headed, tortured, etc. The fact is; no one deserves to be going to heaven; we have _all_ sinned and fell short of God's perfection, we have all broken His laws, we cannot be in front/near Him in heaven; but Jesus came down to die for us in order for us to be forgiven of our sins, so that we could be without blame in God's eyes. You cannot do anything to get your way into heaven, God has already done _all_ of the work; you just have to believe in Him and what he did.

Edit: Misspelt a word.

"Well if we all have doubts sometimes how can any of us go to Heaven? "

You can have thoughs about that type of thing. I even think Kind David wondered sometimes, but was discplined and knew that God was going to help him. "But as for me, my prayer [is] unto thee, O LORD, [in] an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. "

Pslam 69...If you read pslams David usually cries out to the Lord and doubts but then reminds himself that God is the rock on which we stand and has made us promices. God is no liar and will come through.

ok, I hope God shows himself more to me soon, I doubt alot, like 80% of the time

and a quick question, if the nearest stars are something like 300,000 light years away, and the Earth has only been here 10,000 years how can we see the light from it now? and what about the stars millions of light years away? why are the stars and other universes so many if God wanted only us(humans) to be the main thing?

Here's only a couple examples of doubt...

Queen Esther had doubts when she approached the King. She could have been killed for doing so. But she approached him anyway.

Moses had doubts about whether or not the Israelites would believe God had sent him to them. But he still went to them as God had instructed him to do.

We just need to keep trusting God, and he will remove any doubts we might have.

Do you ever doubt the wind blows? Or that you are thinking? Or do you doubt that I am thinking and even here right now?

Do answer your question, Why has God not removed your doubts? Because if he did then it will be boasting, which is wrong. I dont' know thought, because I/we can't know.

well,
one thing the bible teaches are levels of faith.
becuase some are mustard seed size faiths.
clearly showing there are levels of faith.
i beleive that jesus is lord withall my heart.
but i do not yet have enough faith to cast out some demons i dont think.
becuase it is easy to beleive in jesus as god in heavon.
but when a demon manifests himself before you and scares the hoohaaaa out of you it takes a little more to actually beleive you can overcome him.
like everyones childhood monster, but this time its real. that takes a little more faith.

it is clear that the disciples had enough faith to be saved, because in luke 10.20 their names where written in heavon, but later, we see them doubt in the storms, doubt when confronted by demons, and in many times not have enough faith to do what needed done.
there are levels of faith,
salvation, being the first and primary one.
jesus talked about "mustard seed" faith.
jesus talked about "little faith"
paul talked about "all" faith.
my pastor has met satan and was afriad.
smith wigglesworth met satan one night, smith woke up and said "oh, its you" and went back to sleep! my God i want that!
yet Smith was called "the apostle of faith"
there are levels of faith.

god has not answered your doubt because prayer is not the cure for unbeleif. if you have unbeleif, god doesnt answer your prayer, see?
fasting, and the word of god, and communion with god, is the cure for unbeleif.
do you want to have a jesus, stephen, paul, peter like faith?
well do you fast and pray and know the word like those men did?
if not, then dont expect to have what they had.

"this is just me"
but, the bible says the angels come from the heavons, up in space somewhere. and the bible says satan had a thrown, and he wanted to exalt his thrown above the clouds ezekial and isaiah.
somepeople take that to mean his thrown was below the clouds, that means on this earth. some people say satan ruled over this planet and over a people and he got these people and other angels to rebel against god and they entered heavon and got cast back down to earth, wiping out the cities and peoples and everything, god wiped out everything, and then, begins the 6 days of REcreation that we read of gen ch.1.2 and on. this all sposedly happened between v 1-2.
but anyway, some people say angels ruled planets and peoples before the time of adam, and one day we will rule planets and peoples and angels.
so, like the entire universe is a place waiting to be inhabited.or that is RE-inhabited.
there is alot of scripture to back that, kind of like god telling adam to REplenish the earth, as if there was deffinatly something here before him.
