Goals for 2016

What are some of your goals for 2016?

If you've thought of them feel free to share them here.

I haven't thought of mine yet but when I do I will post some.

Also what were some of your goals from 2015 that you have succeeded in or made progress towards, or just want to try over again?

My goals are to
- declare my majors
- grow the volunteer project I started on my campus
- land an internship for the summer
- learn enough Portuguese so I can make basic conversation when I'm in Brazil next August
- gain 10 pounds and improve my health
- start flying lessons!

I will be having a baby in January... so my goal is to survive that and to settle into motherhood!

My goals:

-finish college
-get cured of OCD
-learn German
-get my driver licence
-exercise more
-grow in Faith.

2015 Goals completed:
-Graduated College
-Renewing/strengthening faith (much better than last year)
-Overcoming some listlessness/depression
-Practiced piano more (learned more songs)

2016 Goals:
-Read through bible
-Continue to build up faith
-Learn to better communicate/interact with others
-Take care of myself better (nutrition, stress reduction)
-Daily/weekly exercise
-Find a job
-Advance in piano
-Learn more Hebrew
-Study more herbology

My goals so far that I've thought of are:
Exercise - i make more specific goals in this - currently its just walking so many steps per day but i will eventually change it up.
Read 12 books this year - one per month.
Read bible more consistently and set aside more time in focused prayer.
Pay off student loan and work towards more financial independence.
Become more obedient (Matthew 22:37-40) and trusting fully in God in every situation and being content and hopeful in Christ.

That's all I can think of now off the top of my head but I may edit this later.

I will share a verse that came to mind as I was writing this and thinking about some goals/wishes for 2016.

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths." - proverbs 3:5-6

This year my goals are pretty simple

- Continue to grow in my relationship with Christ

- Find a job in my career field (media production/ public relations)

- Find the girl I am meant to spend the rest of my life with

- Continue to reach out to people

Goals being completed right now:

-I have my first job as a trainee! So good I like it so much.
-My OCD is much better.
-I have read Bible every day so far I think. Maybe I am not right but I feel I have.
