“Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds

will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously

will get a generous crop.”

This is true:

The giver is the greatest recipient.

We are blessed waaaay more than those we give to. It pleases God and delights his very heart. That is why it is written that God loves a cheerful giver. Giving is a way of celebrating God and His grace and blessings bestowed on us by Him. It is, in essence, a "testimony" and a proclamation of how GOOD our God is.

The bottom line is, that we can NOT "out-give" God.

This verse comes to mind:

"A generous man will himself be blessed, for he shares his food with the poor." ~Prov 22:9

A very blessed day to you. :)

I wanted to pass this thought by you:
Each day I send out an email to a number of friends
which has the same verse-quote you see,
plus four days each week one of my nature photos
with a related bible verse imprinted on the image.
If you, and/or anyone else you know, would like to
receive these daily emails, just let me know.
