General Information
Name: Gina Andrews

Origin: Of African-American descent

Powers: She's legally blind, but she can still fight, due to her 'sense' (like Spiderman's Spidy sense) to see things coming. This can be better, in some ways. For instance, she can know if something's coming from behind her. Also, she can turn invisible, and she can feel when she is in this state.
And, although it doesn't really qualify as a mutant power, she has a heightened sense of hearing because of her blindness.
Appearance, Clothing, & Accessories
Eyes: Pale blue, due to her inability to see.
Hair: Short, black bob cut.
Clothing: See above picture.
Accessories: A white stick, which she uses when she's not in combat, or with her seeing-eye-dog, Koda. She's usually wears sunglasses to hide her unusually pale eyes, so people won't stare at her, or get freaked out. She can feel when eyes are on her, and it makes her uncomfortable.
Background, Personality, & Other Info.
Personality: Mature, compassionate, and forgiving. She's self-confident (despite her blindness), and she's not afraid to speak her mind. Anything else will be shown in the roleplay.
Background: She began to lose her sight at the age of five, and it continued until she was seven, when she was declared legally blind. Her first encounter with her abilities was just after she went blind. She got this weird tingling feeling throughout her body, while her parents watched in amazement as she suddenly started to vanish. Soon after, her parents realized that it was too dangerous for her and the rest of their family for her to stay home, so, after a discussion with GiGi, they all agreed that she would be sent off to Professor Xavier's School for the Gifted. She's been there ever since she was eight.
Other Info: Although she is legally blind, she still has some sight. She can see light, and the people around her, although they usually just appear as a big blur. She has a seeing-eye-dog named Koda, and he has become very well known in Xavier's school. He's a large red husky, and a very lovable and loyal dog. Gina is very close to him. He's the only family she has living closer than 300 miles away.
