'Ghost' notification mucking up my profile

Alright, some dude in another part of the board I was trying to educate and keep from getting banned got banned, but after he sent me a PM and before I could read it. His posts have been deleted, and now I've got a notification that cannot be eliminated. The notification is that I have a profile message from him, but it's not there and since I cannot read it, the notification refuses to go away.

Mods, do your stuff. Either let me read the message (if possible, please), or eliminate it from my new visitor messages section (it was apparently put on my profile). If you need the guy's name, his name was God_Is_In_The_TV.

Hi Abbadon,

I'm Mickeyk72 and I'm the Support Team Supervisor. I happened to see your post in bugs about the profile message left that you couldn't view because of the member was ebanned. I have changed his ban and the message is now visible on your profile. You can delete it if you choose or if you would like me to delete it, I can do so. Just pm me if needed. The post itself is not a violation of the CF rules so I did not delete it unless you request it.

Just for future reference, anytime that you have a need for action from the mods, you can pm anyone of us and if that individual can't do what you need - they should know (or be able to find out) who can help you. Sometimes you can get a quicker response with a pm. I just happened to be looking for problems to fix and saw your bug report. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that you can now view the profile message.
