I love posting here and some of you I feel I've gotten to know pretty well, but I think we could all benefit from a round or two of getting to know you. ~Favorite Band: don't know that I have one - I like several country music artists (Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Rascal Flatts). If I had to choose a Christian band I'd probably choose Third Day. I also have a fondness for classic rock (The Doors, The Eagles, Three Dog Night, CCR)

~Favorite novel: I love to read and do read lots of secular stuff - if I had to choose a favorite (oh, this is really hard) - To Kill a Mockingbird, but Little Women and Jane Eyre would be right up there too.

This is the hard part - can't think of much for interesting factoids but. . . .

I love ice hockey - my 5 year old grandson just started playing, so now I have a second generation to watch.

I like to knit - but mostly only in the winter

My dream job is to work in either a bookstore or a Hallmark store - who would ever be rude in a Hallmark store?

Unlike a large number of people, I have no desire to move south when I retire, I'd be much more apt to move farther north (I'm thinking Traverse City, Michigan).

I love dogs, my husband is very allergic to dogs, hence no dogs. But if my husband should pre-decease me, I'll have a dog in the house before my husband's in the ground (ok, I might wait a week or so, but you get the idea).
