Gentiles and the Law?

Would anyone like to comment on the Church's Magisterium as it concerns the obligation of gentiles to obey the Law of Moses before the Advent of Christ? Does the Church have a dogma concerning the matter? Is it an acceptable theological opinion to believe that gentiles were never in any since bound to observe the full Law of Moses even before the Advent of the New Covenant - note the essential word "full" Law allowing for a concept like the Jewish Noachide Law for gentiles contained within the full Law of Moses...

I dunno. I prefer to think of the Magesterium as the Beit Din and the Church teaching and guidelines as Christian halacha.
