  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I'm reminded of Christian Bale's Genesis monologue in American Psycho for some reason:
"Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility... (etc.)"

Seriously though... I love Genesis, especially the '70s prog-rock incarnation! :)

Hmmm ... let's see how many cool Genesis songs I can think of ... Watcher of the Skies, Musical Box, The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway, Dancing out with the Moonlight Knight, The Battle of Epping Forest, anything on "Trick of the Tail", ah yes, quite a band they were :)

Man, I've always condsidered myself a Genesis fan, but, of all songs to have stuck in my head, why did it have to be "...just when I thought it was goin' alright...found out I'm wrong when I thought I was right...it's always the same, it's just a shame...that's all..." Catchy old tune...
