I was wondering if anyone in here could help me with this subject, and grant me some advice on how to do it.

I have read numerous books, and heard a number of people talk about it, but yet no one can explain it to me to understand how to do it.

So if anyone here can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

i take it as not rushing into things and just being careful with every situation that you are put in. and trusting in Christ and letting Him guide you. He is the ultimate protection for your heart.

I think the question might be a bit too broad. In what context do you mean specifically? (i.e. in what type of relationship)
