If the ones here get any benefit from being here, this will attract more people to come to reap the benefits of the new laws, unless we have in place, obstacles to prevent this.</p><p>When you expand a lake, if you do not block the water from entering the expansion, it will flood your work, when you dig. The same with the immigration problem. If you don't stop people from coming before you adjust the immigration laws, then people will rush across to benefit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
