I managed to reverse my diabetes and high cholesterol, HBa1c from 6.0 to 5.2 in 3 months. I am kinda feeling that able to decode the below about food

I can eat burger now. I am medicine free with much higher energy and metabolism.

They are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22).

Be "self control" of what you eat and "gentleless" in the amount of food
by "faithfulness" to God so he will provide the wisdom way of eating that bring goodness and kindness your body
Be "patience" when there is a temporary temptation of tasty unhealthy food that your body can't take it

By doing all of the above, It will bring you "peace" of life when disease is reversed so you can enjoy the "joyfulness" of more good food
In summary, bring "love" to your body, family and surrounding with compassion and Wisdom instead of suffering and harm

But i read it in a reverse way. Thoughts?

It depends on what you compare it to. If you ate just potato chips, fries and sweets before, a well made burger can be a much healthier alternative.

That was my reading 20 years back when I just finished my uni study.

Cholesterol reading is also much better than that time.

Hba1c same as 20 years back

Total cholesterol now is 4.4, 20 years back was 5.7 . I always got neck pain and nobody knows why except prescribing me a medicine. Thousands of medical bill spent. Now I know why.

I m not taking any medicine now.
