That thread is at 50 pages already, a bunch of people with one line responses. The poll is not worth voting in because neither alternative is really acceptable as many in the other thread noted. There is a middle ground.

Please understand I am not trying to slam anyone here. So what I say I hope is taken in the right way.

If option 2 means going back to the old system then that could negatively impact several here. The old system not only included a ban on annihilationism but had fairly frequent "orthodoxy" checks of members based on the Trinity.

Those who have recently expressed anything resembling the classical definitions of

Tri-theism
Modalism
Nestorianism

could find themselves removed from a future "Christians Only" section.

I really don't want to go back to those days.
