  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i was listening to the radio the other day and i heard this story that went like this:

There was a radio announcer that had a daughter whos 6 years old and they were talking about Easter and she said " well i know Jesus died but he is alive!!!!" and he said "oh really" and "where is He alive at??" and she said " He's alive in us and up in Heaven with His Mommy" and so he got excited and said " oh really??" and she said "yes with all the good people !!!" and so he asked "well if you could ask Jesus Mommy any question what would it be???" and the girl of 6 years old said " I would ask her if she has ever been to Wendy's ???"

this story just brightened up my day and i thought it was funny so i figured it might do the same for you :) GOD Bless
