I'm looking for fun christian literature, preferably fiction, but doesn't have to be. Thanks everyone for your help.

I really liked "the scared diary of Adrian Plass" by Adrian Plass...it's really funny but also somewhat true...

he writes about his life, his church and all the people there...

Barbara Johnson writes humorous books in the same vein as Erma Bombeck.

My wife also recommends Patsy Clairmont and Marilyn Meberg. They don't write fiction, but 'real life stuff' about family that is hilarious with a message.

Anne Lamotts books have some incredibley funny parts. She does use "harsh" language though, so if it offends you you might want to consider that. She has two great books about her spiritual journey, "Plan B" and Traveling Mercies", and while her book about her son "Operating Instructions" ins't exclusively about Christianity or Spirituality, it's very funny and definitely does contain spiritual anecdotes and thoughts of hers about her church, God, family, etc.
