What about sewing/knitting/crocheting/embroidering? Even if you don't know how, it might be a good time to learn. I'd check out craftster.org and maybe try to come up with some other crafts you don't have to get out of bed to do. Maybe bring your TV into your room so you can play video games, too, and watch movies. Sorry you're on bedrest - I know it's no fun!
I was on bedrest with my son and I watched a lot of TV lol. I stayed in the livingroom most the time though. I also read a lot, played games with my husband and family, and surfed the web.

Do you play solitaire card games?
Is there a ministry you could contribute to at church (making things for missionaries or setting up crafts for VBS or Sunday School)?
Are there shut-ins from your church you could make phone calls to?
Can you make calls for a ministry at church (making sure things are set up for kids summer stuff and the like)?
Is there anything organizational you enjoy doing?
Do you need to set up a photo album or scrapbook with your photos?
Do you send out birth announcements? If so, start writing them (so only date and such need to be filled in) now?
