I haven't been doing so well at it though. I least I have Louisiana down pretty good--I've only lost it a couple of times. (I live in Louisiana!) I'm going to keep practicing so I can learn where all of the states are better.

Those big square states are very hard, aren't they? Kansas is no picnic either!

It's highly dependent on which order the states are presented; if you get several in a row that have aren't on a border (shoreline or Mexico / Canada) or that don't touch other states, it's much tougher...

My first try was 98%, 4 miles, and 230 seconds, with the only miss being the first state I placed (Kentucky); everything else was pretty straightforward, moving from the coasts in.

(Yes, I am a geek... or maybe it's just that I look at maps on a regular basis for my job...)
