  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Fully Alive in 2005

Before this year began, I “heard” these words from the Lord in my “inner man.” I thought that they were mostly just for me. I also began to think, “The Church alive in 2005.” Was that just me/my desire, or is it God’s desire and will for His Church?

If the Church still needs to come alive, then what does that have to say about it? That it’s not – alive. Okay, so how does the Church become alive – in 2005? What’s my part?

Pray. Seek the Lord for it. Share this with others. Is the Church dead?

There needs to be a spiritual awakening from the dead works that have prevailed for years amongst My people. It’s by the traditions of man that God’s Word becomes null and void – of none effect. It won’t affect the people because of the traditions that man has made.

Okay then, there needs to be a revival of, or reviving of, or restoration of God’s true Word in the Church. No watering down, but truth-telling. Repentance from dead works. Repentance from sin.

How does it start? It starts with one, fully obedient to do the will of the Father. One who will sit at the feet of Jesus and listen for instructions, and then go and do whatever He says.

A revival starts with one. As one is revived, and they share it with others, their spark ignites the others and they too are lit.

Let’s each be that one, to sit at the feet of Jesus to get His instructions as to what our part is in bringing revival, a.k.a. a spiritual awakening, to our cities and our countries. Do whatever He says to do, whenever He says to do it. Then, watch and see what God will do.
