???????????????????????????????????????????Well, that may be, brother, but IF the Bible says that God separated the races and didn't intend for them to comingle, well then, what are you going to do about that fact?
???????????????????????????????????????????
If the racial/cultural problems are pretty much over and done, then how come black families today have net wealth of appx 10% of white families on average? One tenth.Racial or cultural problems have been around since the dawn of civilization. I would say that America has conquered most of the racist and presjudiced ideas of the past. It does raise its head with groups like the KKK or black Panthers but they all are a pretty small minority of people. The majority of Americans don't really care what color you are. They are more interested in your character and whether or not you are obeying the laws.
In the post I quoted ,...to understand my comment, you'll have to look at the flow of context from the beginning of the thread, yeshuaslavejeff. I'm an ardent anti-racist, and that should be clear to everyone.

In the post I quoted ,
You said "that fact"..... about something not a fact....
Is "that fact" understood some different way , like ??? I don't know what it could be.... , in the context of previous posts ?
Okay, good then and thanks for clarifying. In that one post I dropped in on, it did not appear that way.... SHALOM iN JESUS TODAY to everyone's household who loves HIM and is called according to HIS PURPOSE !Again, in conversation with another person, I was mocking those folks who think that "it is a fact" that God separated races when, in fact, He did not.

That doesnt sound like "problem conquered" to me.
I see it as mainly the legacy of racial inequites, plus a measure a lingering racism. But apparently you dont see it that way. So I was asking how you do see it.That's a good question, why do they?
So, why can't we all just get over the artificial racial divides that we've had in the U.S. for four centuries? What moral or ideological incongruities continue to stand in the way of political and moral progress among an ethnically diverse population of U.S. citizens?
75% of Black families are headed by single mothers; this brings down the curb for them. If you compare two parent black families to white 2 parent families, the difference has always been a lot closer; approx. 80% if I remember correctlyIf the racial/cultural problems are pretty much over and done, then how come black families today have net wealth of appx 10% of white families on average? Hatred. As long as people have a choice, there will always be those who choose to hate and dislike. Racism is just another form of hatred.

True enough. But what ideology do you think specifically drives the impetus to still refuse humanitarian, let alone equal, treatment to other folks who just happen to have different skin pigmentation or slightly different physical features?
But why do you think some people feel and express an intense dislike for other ethnic groups and treat them as 'if' those other persons are nearly of a different species?
What's the "humanitarian" or "unequal treatment" you're talking about here?
The simple act of disqualifying, disparaging, bullying, excluding, or otherwise discriminating against another person of another ethnic/racial background (despite the presence of laws that prohibit this kind of thing).
But, the main question I've posed to everyone is up in the OP, but among those folks who feel that today they still can't help but be racist, what interpretive framework and ideology do you think holds them back?
Source?
And what if you compare single mother white vs black families?
Hatred, bigotry, and the “us vs them” mentality; an unfortunate part of human nature. I’ve noticed whenever there is an attempt to establish pride in a racial group, no matter how innocent it begins, it seems to always to attract those with hatred, bigotry and the us vs them mentality against other racial groups. It seems almost as if every attempt to love yourself and others like you ends up being a despise for others and those who are not like you. I think this is a part of human nature, but fortunately, I believe most of us are able to act outside of our nature and do what we know is right. But why do you think some people feel and express an intense dislike for other ethnic groups and treat them as 'if' those other persons are nearly of a different species?
