Hello,
I wanted to ask for advice. I've met a girl and also a guy, i don't think i see myself as having close friendship with them, the thing is im worried am i sinning if i decide not to hang out with them. I feel forced to hang out with them just out of obligation and fear of sinning not out of love. What should i do/tell them?

There's no sin involved in what you described to us. Everyone has the right to choose some people for friends and not others. That doesn't mean that it's acceptable to be cruel to anyone you choose not to associate with, of course, but this isn't what you are asking about.

So I'd say to find a way to politely distance yourself from those people if you don't care to have them as friends. I wouldn't recommend telling them anything negative...just don't make yourself available very often.

Agree. There is no reason to discuss with others every decision you make as to whether to hang out with them or not. Just don’t hang out with them.

Are you thinking that the Bible is against having friends??

How could Christians ever reach anyone with the gospel if they tried not to have friends?
