Welcome to you! I appreciate an opened mind to others perspective. Have you read Mere Christianity? Although I was raised a christian, I found it to be enlightening. It's a bit of a difficult read, being written in a style of speech we no longer use, but I found it on CD. Let us know if there is something specific we can try to answer for you. hello and welcome.. im new here too.. i would suggest if you are interested in what we believe or challenge your belief in nothing( no outside spiritual existance or intervention), google "questions athiests must answer"
i personally believe that something outside this system created it and the only way to reach God has to be thru something other than ourselves that provides a loophole in imperfection... because in order for God to be infinite he has to be perfect to be outside of the laws of entropy and esp the second law of thermodynamics..(basicly everything tends towards disorder) so that loophole that allows us to connect with him is Christ
