My story. I know the misery of depression. I have been in the "pit" of depression hundreds of times. I have Bipolar Illness. I have attempted suicide twice and wanted to kill myself dozens of times. I have had thirty-six treatments of ECT, without success. Three times I have been committed to the state mental hospital. Over seven months of my life have been spent in mental hospitals.
