I saw where, even though there were problems outside of his control, Butch Wilmore graciously accepted part of the blame for not asking questions which in hindsight he acknowledges he should have picked up on.

Space is still a dangerous environment in which to operate and every person on the team needs to have trust in each other. He has proved himself to be somebody worthy of that trust with his humility and integrity.

It has to be a calling. I don’t think there are many that could do it.

Definitely. And both of them would love to go back up again! But they both graciously said that there are many others eager to go up for the first time, and they wouldn’t want to get in their way.

I’m in Ireland so the choice of satellites I can align my dish to never carried NASA, at least not to my knowledge anyway. My only choice is via internet.

Well they enjoyed it. They visited Dublin and a lot of the countryside there. The pics were just gorgeous. If I had been there in the right location I would have wanted to try some mudlarking. lol!

I’m a Dubliner myself, born and bred. And now a County Wicklow resident. There’s plenty of lovely countryside to explore here. I’ve never done any mudlarking though

I’m hooked on those videos from your side of the pond. Seems to be a pretty big thing in England, Scotland, and Ireland. You all have so much history over there as compared to the USA.
