What is this health thing?

And is there a way to reset it short of getting a new account and username?

I joined CF a while ago, but stopped visiting for a long time, and found this thing telling me I wasn't healthy. It seems to be based off of the number of posts per day the user makes? This is especially annoying because I've had this account for about a year and a half, and would have to spam you guys with tons of posts to bring the bar back up, since I've been accumulating inactivity for so long.

I think the Health bar is based on the amount of posts per day. There is probably better explanation in the FAQ section. As for changing your account, you probably need to contact one of the moderators for that.

If it really bothers you, I believe you can choose (in your User CP area) to not display it...
