  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

This is a poem I wrote for one of my best friends who used to be Christian but is now seriously off track, she's like dating and drinking and cutting her wrists.. It's really bad and I don't know what to do.. But here's the poem I wrote for her..

Everything that I knew was found, is lost.
Heart empty, tears fallen.
Into the darkness she fell, the blackest darkness, one that scars forever.
Can't you see the light? He asks.
She's blinded, bleeding, calling.
Can't you hear the piano singing? He asks.
She's running, turning, broken.
She can't see or hear, the light isn't pointing her way anymore.
Into the darkness she fell, the blackest darkness, one that destroys lives.

Everything that I knew was found, is lost.
And I can't see her anymore.

I liked your poem. it was a bit dark but i can kinda see where you are coming from. I have had some friends turn from God. maybe they ddint start cutting themselves but its always hard to see a friend go away, to be distant from God. Especially when they cut you outta thier life and you cannot see them much, its sad.. the most you can do sometimes is pray that one day the 'branch 'will return to the 'vine' and be healed (John 15).
