It is currently Summer in Antarctica, not Winter. If you head up North to the Arctic where it is currently Winter, the sun does not rise. That's simple, imagine a clock face representing the earth, the hands of the clock represent the sun and the moon and the ice ring (antarctica) are the numbers.How do you explain it on a flat earth model?

That’s a complete misrepresentation of what’s happening. A flat earth cannot explain why there is 24 hour sun in Antarctica during the summer. Therefore the earth isn’t flat.
