First Christian relationship...maybe?

I'm 22 and I became a Christian about a year ago. Ive been best friends with this guy for about 5 years and he just became a Christian too. We'd be a perfect match in my opinion but I don't really know how to go about this. I haven't dated anyone since I've became a Christian so does anyone have any advice?

i would suggest for you to wait a few years.
a christian young in their faith is in no place to be dating,
they should concentrate on their relationship with God first.

ENJOY the ride simple as that! God is the ONLY one that can bring the right people together and no one can stop Him and also there is no use figuring things out. Save yourself the headache and ENJOY the ride in this friendship bcuz if He's the right one IT WILL HAPPEN no latter what. So chill and ENJOY it!

If neither of you were ever married, it's fine. Be aware that you're both growing in your faith, and you should both be active in your own separate small groups and mentoring relationships (with trustworthy people) as a best practice. Don't let a relationship suck you out of that, your life should include both. And I emphasize separate small groups so that the two of you will have more of a foundation in your faith than just the other person. It's a free guy's night/girl's night which you'll both need for balance anyway.
