  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes, that's what our family-doc, & his PT, & my LMP say too:

then last week (no less from the last MVA, still Recovering...),
when I told them the latest, they said: "TWO-hours? you practiced 2+! HOURS ?
"
i just said: "of course, I gotta make-up for lost time, you know"
They rolled their eyes, with: "only Annie"

so
tho, we're not talking serious-training here, or anything else like that,
I had fun... Course, I think of lotsa ways to INcrease my ice-FUN
as soon as ...

so, what's everybody else UP to? - Kathy how about you share your EXERCISE-routines... this should be good

You don't know even 1/100 of it; but suffice it to say:
I came to CF,
fully Intentional on sharing such experiences, so Others reading...
will say: "if little Annie can do it, guess I CAN too...
succeed in my finest dreams to PRAISE God!"

When I can use my own life, as Positive-Inspiration for yet Others, then it is all ok!
