Finding Truth in all things

I had the most wonderful revelation the other day. That as God is all and in all, that there is truth in all things.

For instance I saw a little worm all dried up on the sidewalk and realised that if we are not where we belong "in Christ" that we are like a worm trying to live on a sidewalk.....

It wasn't working well for him either....(lol) and it was too late for cpr.

Where have you seen Him lately?

I was reading about biomimicry this week, and the book was full of examples of nature being more highly developed than our best technology. I especially enjoyed the section on diversity in agriculture. Research on leaving the weeds in with the crop has shown that the soil retains more moisture and nutrients, and produces higher yields. (Parable of the seed and sower.)

And that perennials, over time, prove to be better producers than annuals that spring up quickly and cause too much runoff.

And with diverse plantings, more worms survive! (True fact.)

....I'm an avid gardener and did have a small greenhouse operation at one time.

Excellent example of God in action....

Does this mean I don't have to feel guilty about my weeds in the garden....?

Yes, it does!

Their suggestion was to put chickens in your greenhouse, that would fertilize and keep the plants warm at night. Sort of like outside.

I have another really crazy one. When I leave my office door open, the chipmunks sneak in. This afternoon I left a triscuit outside so they would be dissuaded from coming in, and just bring it to their nest.

About an hour ago, a chipmunk came in and dropped the cracker in the middle of my floor. I took that as a gift, lol... only to tie in with your thread. God gives to us, and we give back to Him... things that originally weren't ours, but meant something to us.

(Of course I don't think the chipmunk had offerings in mind.)

Yes when we find ALL THINGS, earthly and heavenly, we will then find the TRUTH.

My life in the Army and a bushy, I walked around with eyes on the ground for signs and for safety.

I saw many amazing things, grotesque and beautiful. I've seen good and evil, light and darkness.

And from my personal experiences of my life, I've seen far too much, to know who our Creator is. I've walked upon the floor of seabeds, that a few thousand years earlier was covered in 50-100' of water.

I've seen the layers of fossilised fish, and giant footprints of dinosaurs and of man.

I felt like Job many times, and even our Lord showed Job the secrets of a snowflake.

Ah, if only, if only those who claim to be a Child of God, could really see the life of a living worm, a THING that was designed, and not made from a big bang.

If only, we could see that our life is the same as a worm, you get out of your environment onto the wayside, and you will swrivel up and die.

I have heard of this.....and thought about doing it...I have one solar greenhouse and it will allow me to grow all year around if I like..
