Financial calamities

What should a professing Christian do when constantly beset with financial calamities ( ie: huge repair bills on everything they own constantly breaking year after year?) Could it be a form of demonic oppression or a curse or as simple as the person not living their life according to the word?

When things are impossible, trust Jesus the Ruler of all to determine what you do while He rules what all else does.

And when it seems easy to know what to do - - - same thing > trust Jesus the Ruler of all to determine what you do while He rules what all else does.

And most of all enjoy the opportunities to love each and every person you are dealing with.

Pain is a sign that you are doing something wrong.

You're living on the edge. Get off the edge. I was there and experienced the problems you talk about. I got off the edge and the problems all went away. But getting off the edge involved a lot of pain.

If you buy new stuff regularly, the whole breakage problem goes away. But you probably can't afford that. So the real problem is lack of money.

You probably need to cut expenses bigtime. Generally, that means lots of new pain. No pain, no gain. Or get a new career, new job and/or side hustle. I just started a (free) blog on the whole moonlighting/side hustle thing: Moon Road | Matt | Substack. Udemy.Com is an interesting source for new information about starting a business or side hustle.

One way to cut expenses is to move into a van or truck. Quite a few people are doing just that because rent is too high. That's what I would do to fix my money problems.

If you think it is demonic activity, just pray over each room, bind the demons, declare blessing and peace. Rebuke all curses/hexes associated with the inhabitants past and present. The most likely though is something is amiss in the Christian walk. Could be a calling to another place or ministry, a lack of giving, or something that else that God has been speaking but everyone is ignoring. Sometimes God makes us uncomfortable so we can move on. I pray you find the reason if that is true.

Thank you. Could very well be something associated with the house. Previous owners had basically turned it into a crack house for lack of a better term. The rooms were prayed over and blessed by our church members before we moved in, but that was a long time ago. We have sometimes felt like there was some form of demonic presence here. Also these problems could be from disobedience to God. Must work on both.
