Peace of Christ;)

~ Well, it's an epic MMORPG, it's a final fantasy legacy, it is playable both in PC and PS2, it is in 3D, much like Morrowind or Everquest perhaps..., some say the battle system is really a kick-***!, and it is first time in it's epic RPG series to go on-line!

~I don't know if it's free, but i think it's not, visit their site perhaps!

~God Bless:)

No, it's not free. The monthly fee is $13. I got it when it first came out for the computer, which I believe was early November. I quit in Feburary. I got up to a level 20 warrior/15 monk. For someone that's not very good at social games, it was pretty boring. I'm not a big fan of cooperative play, which is a must for this game.

I'm gotten my character to level 25 in FFXI and it's still a good game to play. My problem is in order to unfold the story you must do missions for your country but when you get to a certain point the game stops you just so you'll visit other terorrtories and level up. Why not just let the play continue with the story like normal? I'll tell you why, money. They longer you play the more money they make off of you. To an extent its worth the $12.95 a month but not worth it if you have to pay an extra dollar just to make another character. It's a very slow game and it has its good moments but it has it bad moments too. If too slow for you I would recommend 'City of Heroes' since it doesn't feel as if you have to play of hours just to get to the next level or if you can wait for the upcoming 'Matrix Online' which is a smash and bash of an online RPG. It's coming out this fall so you don't have long to wait. XD

Has anybody had any trouble with payment, and for those of you who have cancelled did you have any trouble with them not charging you after you did so?
It's a very simple system they use for you to pay for final fantasy online. They charge you on the first of every month so its no surprise when they deduct from you account and you need a credit/check card in order to pay. There's talk about prepaid cards but its just hearsay but if it ever happened it might be easier and it might make you feel more secure because all you do is buy it and charge it to your account. Pretty much like prepaid mobile phones. The cost is redicious though paying $50.00 for the game and $12.95 a month there after. If your budget is tight I would recommend Disney's Toontown which is a free download from disney.com and its only $9.95 a month. Pay annually and its $81.00 or so for 12 months.
